Country Classic Cars in Staunton, Il suffered a massive fire Tuesday evening, 8/8/2017, that destroyed nearly 150 classic cars.
Luckily there were another 450 or so vehicles that were not damaged by the fire that consumed 5 buildings and the 150 or so classic automobiles.

Over 100 firefighters from 13 departments helped to bring the fire under control; dealing with the fact that water had to be trucked in, some as far away as 25 miles.

“Country Classic Cars had been celebrating its 20th anniversary. The company web site shows the special and collectible cars they have for sale.”

Fox News reported that the owner was already planning a trip to bring home more classic autos to help rebuild his collection.
